Cancellation policy
Full refund up to 7 days before your session. 50% refund from 7 days until 24 hours before. No refund within 24 hours. If you booked within the last 24 hours and your session is still at least 48 hours away, you get a full refund.

PROVISIONAL TERMS — to be reviewed by Foundry Studios before launch.
1. Your booking reserves the studio for the session time shown. A turnaround period after your session is handled by the studio.
2. Arrive and finish within your booked time. Overtime is subject to availability and may be charged separately.
3. You are responsible for your crew and guests, and for any damage to the space or equipment beyond normal wear.
4. Podcast bookings include an on-site technician as described; equipment is operated with the technician's guidance.
5. Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown at checkout.
6. The studio may cancel for reasons beyond its control; in that case you receive a full refund.
We hold your time for 30 minutes while you pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.
